I went to Dr. Caven’s office for the first time. I was treated like part of the family from the Staff to Dr. Caven himself. They are so nice and attentive. Dr. Caven is very thorough in his examination and explains everything he finds with patience that lets you understand all he sees. If you need an excellent dentist, I recommend Dr. Caven.
My wife and I recently moved to Jacksonville and were looking for new dental practice. We saw Caven Dental Group nearby and decided to give them a try. We were both very pleased with the professional treatment we received by Dr. Richard Caven and his staff. They followed the current CDC guidelines and made us feel very comfortable. Very impressive and very professional dental office and staff! I recently experienced a necessity for oral surgery, and the entire process was planned, organized and undertaken with great professional attention and care. Everyone I was in contact with throughout helped me to feel very comfortable with my specific issues. All together a very successful outcome for which I am very grateful!
This was my first visit to the Caven Dental Group, I found everyone to be very nice and welcoming. The attention to detail on my procedures was well thought out and explained in great detail. The doctor spent a great of time going over everything with me to make sure I understood everything that was needed for my dental health. I did not feel like I was rushed in and rushed out. It was a very good experience.

Very thorough exams and helpful advice on maintaining healthy teeth & mouth. Never have had a better cleaning. They use the latest equipment & are very experienced in using this equipment & explaining what they are doing.
