I have been lucky to have several long term dentists in my life. But when I got to Jacksonville my teeth were all decayed from stress and very old worn out broken crowns and fillings. I got lucky finding Dr Caven. He is the best I have ever had. I didn't know technology had changed so much. My last dentist for 20 years doesn't use what Dr Caven does with great skill. Excellent service. Dr Caven personally took the time to come in and introduce himself, which I though was a very nice personal touch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My technician, Naomi, was very personable and definitely very good at her job. Best cleaning I have gotten in a long time. The only thing that threw me off is the fluoride treatment at the end that was performed and only afterwards I was notified it was not covered and I had to pay $20 out of my pocket. Great dentist and team! They make sure you are in the chair as scheduled and the appointment is exactly what you expect. It has been a year if dental work and I can't be happier with the results!!
Appointment started on time. Very friendly staff. Dr. Caven was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgable. I learned stuff about my teeth I had never known. Saw pictures of my teeth and enjoyed the dialogue Dr. Caven had about each tooth. I now have a greater appreciation for what has been done, a better understanding of what needs to be done, and know my options. Thoroughly impressed and excited to be working with him and his staff.
The experience was one of the best with any dentist I have ever had.Their staff was very friendly and I would recommend his services.
