Have you ever had "one of those months"??? Well, I did for the month of October! I had to reschedule nearly every doctor/dental appointment I had! I had health and family issues and so many transportation problems that I lost count! However, in the wonderful, caring way that Dr. Caven and his staff have, they were VERY accomodating and helped me out by rescheduling my appointment--TWICE! And they were NICE about it, too! On a Monday morning I called the office to inquire about extreme sensitivity I had been having in a tooth since Friday afternoon. The office was able to fit me in on that day and resolve the issue of the pain without the need of a referral to any dental specialist. This is why Dr. Caven has been my dentist for years! He is genuinely concerned and dedicated to his patients. A rare experience in today's world.
