I just wanted to drop a note and relay that I had a great visit.
The thought of the needle into my mouth, the taste of the anesthesia throughout the procedures, the noise of the drill, the continuous inability to close my mouth while my teeth are being worked on or cleaned has kept me from going to the dentist far too long. Dr Craven is the best dentist I have ever been to, I recommended him to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist! I was once that person who was scared of going to the dentist but I made the right choice coming here. The best thing I like about Dr Craven is that he takes his time, he's very thorough and explains what he is doing while he's doing it. The staff there is very great, friendly and very professional, they always make me feel at ease when I'm there.
I love it that I didn't feel the needle. Absolutely no pain, especially since I hate needles. You and your staff are very thoughtful.

I always enjoy my appointments, strange to say as it is going to the dentist. I used to dread dentist as I had pretty bad experiences in the past, but since going to this office since 2008, I actually look forward to my cleanings. Everyone in the office is always super nice and makes me feel important, not just "another patient"
