Kane has been so helpful to navigate all aspects of the condo association operations. We are a relatively small (18 units) development where nobody really wants to be on the board. If you’re looking for a management company to nickel & dime you every step of the way, overcharge for maintenance, unnecessary trips + trip charges and line their pockets with kickbacks from their vendors then Kane Management is a great choice! What you won’t get is transparency nor accurate statements from this stellar service provider who’s #1 priority is for your association is to have a big fat budget so they can maximizing profits. Too bad there isn’t a -10 star option!
