Our AC was on its last leg from age and wear. They sent somebody out the same day I called and had someone look at it. After another day they immediately came out and fixed it for us. Such a blessing!! Really kind and helpful people 😊

I requested service on the morning of April 8, 2025, for the afternoon time frame. Adrian and Robert showed up on the requested date around 1 pm, inspected my system, educated me, and provided me with options (maintenance plan, hard start kit, etc.) without any pressure to purchase. I appreciate that they weren't trying to sell me. Tyler Higgins was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your advice and I hope you also fix my evaporator coil. I want to add how excellent Tyler was and Kane heating for prompt response and service. Tyler called and came to my house to address my issue while we are waiting for the part. I'm adding the coil install today (8 July 2025). Very satisfied (crossing my fingers) with Frank and his partner were very courteous and professional with their work. Thanks guys.
