Kane Heating and Air Conditioning is outstanding! They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and most of all, very customer service-focused. Our experience today with Donald was very professional and I especially want to spotlight Marisa. I have had the pleasure of working with Marisa several times, and she is consistently excellent in her follow-up and follow-through.
Adrian identified the problem immediately and was extremely honest on the issue. Had us cooling within minutes and then spent an exorbitant amount of time inspecting our system. He identified areas we needed to address but was not high pressure in his advise. Will definitely be using Kane for all of our HVAC needs in the future. Edit: Kanes came to my home on the Thursday before us leaving for Jamaica on Saturday. Our system needed replacement due to age and wear.
