Just found out the new unit installed in 6/2020 was not registered with Goodman to have a 10 year parts warranty. If not registered within 60 days of installation it voids warranty to only cover 5 years. If you've used them you need to look up and verify they registered your unit!!
The technician repaired a drain that was filled with water and causing the AC to not cool. This was covered by the warranty and there was no charge. Always excellent service from this company. We highly recommend Kane Heating and Air Conditioning.
