I am writing in as a third party care giver for a 60 year old mom whose life is quite discouraging. She was recently sharing her relationship with Dr. Kandice Schultz RN FNP. She had nothing but great things to say about her doctor. She said Dr. Kandice is patient, encouraging and so kind! She said she looks forward to her caring visits and the clarity Dr. Kandice provides.
Poor communication skills. Waited over an hour my last three appointments for the SIMPLEST tasks. Got my blood work done completely wrong, I needed my thyroid checked, wasn’t done. Two appointments of time for NOTHING. I asked for a referral, waited over an hour! She came in after 5pm at a 4pm appointment, for her to send the WRONG request out.
