We had a wonderful experience with Brett. He was professional and prompt. I appreciated that he allowed me to walk around with him. He was very knowledgeable. I asked him multiple questions to which he responded with patience and helpfulness. He comes highly recommended!
Brett did a home inspection for me about 3 weeks ago and he was great to work with. He covered all areas of the house and allowed me to tag along the entire time, showing me issues & concerns and answering all the questions I had. The full detailed report was sent to me the very next day. I would highly recommend Brett and his company!

Brett is the best around when it comes to inspecting a home that you are purchasing or selling or if you just have an issue going on at your house that you need a professional opinion on don't call anyone but Brett! He will get to you soon as possible! If you call another inspector and they can get to you in a day or so I wouldn't go with them. Great home inspectors are booked weeks and weeks out. That's for a reason because they aren't very good and don't have a busy schedule! Call Brett, you will be happy that you did!
Brett was exceedingly thorough, efficient, open to questions, and pleasant to work with. He previously performed an inspection on a house for us when I was unable to accompany him (because he was able to move me up to an earlier date!) and his expertise showed us serious issues with that house that allowed us to walk away.
