Brett provided a timely, thorough and extremly informative home inspection as well as complete structural inspection. He, and his office staff, we're great to work with. We had our finalized reports on the same day of inspection.

Mr. Hodgdon's company is the only company I found in the Charleston area that provided an inspector with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering to complete the inspection. Brett is the consummate professional in his field. He has done three home inspections for me and they all were thorough and complete. He's always on time and will give the cold hard facts. Would never use anyone else. His reports are always punctual and precise.
Brett met us on time, and completed a very rigorous inspection turning up issues I believe others might have missed. He had the report ASAP as promised, and responded immediately with clarifications when I was reviewing it with my agent. He explained issues well, and responded to all my questions.
