I was recommended by one of my trainers from F45 to Kaname chiropractic with stiffness in neck, shoulder and lower back mobility issues due to my profession. Dr. Cassie analyzed the points and designed my therapy plan. Dr. Cassie and Dr. Justin have improved my posture and mobility within a month of therapy. Now I feel much better. Highly recommended!!

Amazing experience all around. Its super easy to schedule appointments and I can bring my 2 year old with me, so that makes it even more flexible to my schedule, and not to mention stress free, plus my kid loves to go and play with all the games and toys they have.
