I have observed and experienced how they approach their job seriously yet maintain a jovial disposition during their interactions with our team and others.
Very expensive. Maintenance people ready to retire. No events or meetings. Landlord not engaging with tenants. Quick to apply late charges and eviction proceedings. Denied guaranteed services that is included in rent without refund. Town is outdated and aging. No activities for babies and children. These are facts and pretty every experience renting. This place and company is terrible. They let their staff talk to there renters like they are nothing and they justify it by saying they where mad with no repercussions to the employee. Kamson doesn't truly care about people they'd rather see there renters on the street then do anything to help them. Don't move to a kamson property it's nothing but a head they dont do repairs and they make up lies to get you evicted. They also hold yoh responsible for rent payments that they lost
