The most unhelpful phone call I’ve made in a long time
"I am extremely disappointed with the service from Kamps Propane. Despite numerous requests to schedule weekly deliveries, the service has been consistently unreliable. Every time I contact them, they assure me that deliveries will be made weekly, but no one shows up. I find myself having to repeatedly call and push for someone to take action, which is both frustrating and inconvenient. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Kamps Propane based on my experience."
The hours are changed but not updated on the website. I went to buy gas at 4 pm and there was a sign on the door saying we close at 4 pm due to summer hours. Website still has it closing at 4:30 pm.
