I asked for help with my anxiety, depression, and eating disorder, and I was accused of being a drug addict and yelled at! Never went to her again!!
I'm a bit embarrassed to publicly write about Doc Rita Kammiel for obvious reasons of privacy, but I've fought a long & stressful public service battle, now have painful "residual effects" that are difficult to articulate, but, with that said, I can respectfully advise anyone reading patient reviews of Doc Rita here that she is a very experienced, serious no-nonsense professional doctor of psychiatry who cuts right to the chase & lets you know point-blank what's "going on" with you. She's aces.
Previously visited with Dr. Srisai Gowda, was a completely humiliating and upsetting experience, shortly after met with dr. Kammiel and was so relieved. She was patient, informative, supportive, and open to all possibilities. Told me she thought bpd and bipolar depression was a possibility, helped set me up with appropriate medication trials, helped my meet with a therapist in her Absecon office which is soon to come up, and I'm awaiting my next appointment in November. Thankful to find her
She didn't listen, had me out of office in three minutes absolutely no compassion it is very sad.
Least compassionate Doctor I have met so far on my road to recovery from anxiety and chronic Depression. With little care for her patients, she comes first and you last. If you have a question, you can be sure to wait hours for a response and even then it may not be an answer anywhere near your question. Oh and don't be fooled by the free samples because nine out of ten times they are expired.
