All in all, most of our experiences with Urgent Care have been very good. Although sometimes it has been a challenge to get through, we do get the appointments we need. Most doctors, whether on the phone or in person have been very good and we have no problem getting referrals for tests or specialists when needed. I would like to thank all the staff and nurse practitioners we deal with for all their help. They are our only lifeline to medical care with no family doctor.
This is an amazing health service. I am so grateful to be able to access the clinic instead of going to the ER. The staff were efficient, professional and respectful.
It's a broken system. Kamloops needs more help, called right away at 10am and at 10:01am it was fully booked for the day. Very frustrating.
