They make it impossible to get in to see a doctor. 5 year waitlist, I am finally in and now I can't book appointments... Stressful and disappointing.
I never leave a review on anything. But for the first time ever I felt like I was being wronged. Sure, the receptionist is nice and nurses are nice, that's if you ever get to see them to begin with. Appointments are impossible to get. Infact, I think that the fact they provided us with an appointment option is a scam. Because I tried to book an appointment with them by waking up every single day at 9:50am. Called EXACTLY at 10:00am. They were busy. Phone staff carries a tone of impatience and annoyance with questions. Not helpful, and made me feel even worse while suffering with an illness.
impossible to get an appointment at one of the only urgent care clinics is in this city. “call back at 10AM” only to have the line be busy and then at 10:02 the robot man says all appointments are booked for the day. it’s insanely stupid and the worst system i’ve ever dealt with
