As a Senior, often our opinions and comments are discounted. As someone with a long term serious chronic condition, I know what I need. Sometimes I've had to beg for certain meds, and no, not narcotics. Dr. Newmarch talked to me, he listened, and not only did he give me the meds, he gave me 3 repeats, which never happens. Maybe because he has grey hair too, so he gets it. Now, I can relax. And the rest of the staff were very nice. There was a bit of wait time, hence the 4. Thank you Dr. Newmarch.
Was asked if I had an appointment I said no they said you need an appointment to see them… this is not a walk-in clinic and even though I got there when the door opened I couldn’t make an appointment for two days. They’re a joke.
Does this place ever actually operate? I’ve literally called every morning at 10 for the past two weeks, and no one has ever picked up. What???? 😭
