Phone staff carries a tone of impatience and annoyance with questions. Not helpful, and made me feel even worse while suffering with an illness.
impossible to get an appointment at one of the only urgent care clinics is in this city. “call back at 10AM” only to have the line be busy and then at 10:02 the robot man says all appointments are booked for the day. it’s insanely stupid and the worst system i’ve ever dealt with
I can never get through on the phone, to book an appointment!!
