Tina was great to work with as a buyers agent. I can't say I worked with her for long--within one week of beginning the search we were in escrow on a house in Hermosa Beach. She was super responsive and tenacious--from early morning texts, to late night calls, and weekend negotiations. In a very competitive sellers market, she helped me stand out as a buyer. Couldn't have been a better experience. Rachel helped sell my property and find a new one in the best way possible. My condo went from listing to in escrow within 5 days, and at well over asking. This wasn't because I lived in a hot neighborhood - this was because Rachel was diligent in researching the area, wisely suggested strategic pricing, and engaged with every prospective buyer.
