Updated review from 10/17/2024. (See Yelp). So the saga continued. Good news, the local Chico Kaminskiy Chico manager reached out to me about the substandard driveway drain repair. After some initial head-butting which I thought was inappropriate due to my frustration, I had a good chat with Rick. He seemed to really care. He explained that the year before, Kaminskiy company went thru a software change and my repeated contact dropped thru the cracks.
