HORRIBLE and unprofessional. Taking advantage of students and cancelling people lease last minute. Poor communication and last minutes cancelling booking because things "came up". All the houses you tour are NOT LIKE THE PICTURE. Will try to get you to sign a worse lease because no one wants the place.
Leasing agent (Victoria) showed up at my apartment to give a tour after I explicitly asked her not to at that particular time. She confirmed she would not come and came anyway. Then tried to gaslight me in the same email chain where the literal paper trail of me asking her not to come was??? Do you think I’m stupid?? Like please be so for real right now. Consistently have been rude, slow on repairs, and disrespectful of my privacy. Would not recommend
