I am highly concerned with the level of wound care my father is receiving while he has been admitted (since Tuesday morning) in this hospital. He has a serious wound and was not seen by a wound specialist until Friday at 1pm after I advocated and advocated and advocated for him. A wound nurse was requested on the day of admission and the following day but they never came. A wound doctor was finally requested last night (Thursday). This inadequate level of quality care could have an extremely negative impact on the outcome of... read more

I went to see this Doctor for eye issues that she previously diagnosed over a year ago. I was in her office for an hour and thirty minutes, and once I left that office, I still had no answers. Every idea or question she knock down, she fails to listen to understand, only to reply. I told her I had issues seeing and reading, she told me I needed to see an eye doctor for reading glasses. I tried to explain to her my previous health issues, that I know could play a role in my issue now, but she would not let me finish she cu... read more

Skin cancer on my forehead needed to be removed with a MOH’s procedure. Though I live in Fort Worth, I went to UTSW Dallas on the recommendation of a friend. Insofar as cancer surgery can be a pleasant experience, it absolutely was. They fully informed me, there were no surprises, absolutely everyone was delightful, cheerful and efficient! Hope I never need another one of these, but if I do I know exactly where to go. BC Cornish

Have had an appointment on the books for over two months. Get a call today from the doctors office that he took off yesterday and today thus they need to move my appointment out until third week of November. Terrible business practices. Could have made an appointment with a different doctor and would have been seen sooner. Would never recommend Dr. Blair.

"Five years ago, I was diagnosed with colon cancer. Dr. Vincent Kuo performed two colonoscopy exams for me - one before my surgery and another one year after completing my chemotherapy treatment. Both times, Dr. Kuo was extremely patient and compassionate. He even gave me his personal cell phone number. When I vomited after drinking the prep solution before the exam, I texted him, and he spent about an hour communicating with me, giving me detailed instructions on what to do. This happened after 6:00 PM! I meant to write thi... read more

Cautionary Review – Dr. Hussain and Thyroid RFA Consultation Patients with implanted devices or complex medical histories should exercise extreme caution. My experience with Dr. Hussain exposed several alarming gaps in safety protocol that raised serious concerns about clinical preparedness and patient care. Despite having explicitly discussed the presence of a metal coronary stent during my initial visit, Dr. Hussain and her staff failed to follow through on a critical pre-procedural step: confirming the safety of radiofr... read more

We had a great experience here. They had an efficient processing model from the quick check in to the flip chair. All tests were performed quickly and the patient could see them on their phone (through the hospital's communication system) as soon as they became available. Highly recommend!

Today I had an appointment at 3:00, arrived at 2:30 and was taken in immediately for preliminary eye check. I was placed in a room with no communication for another hour. A Fellow came in, did a few more tests, and said Dr. Itami would see me shortly. After another 30 minutes, I told the Fellow I had to be in Ft. Woth st 5:00 and left. The valet was getting my car when the assistant cam downstairs and said Dr. Itami would see me. It was now 4:40. I declined.
