Don’t have GAURDIAN dental insurance hmo & go to this dentist. I LITERALLY HAD TO SEND THEM Gaurdian insurance list and cost of procedures after they said $1,500 for a simple crown. Happy to do it if you pay out of pocket but then they drop you and TELL YOU THEY MAILING IN FOR AUTHORIZATION AND THEY JUST DONT. THEY CALL INS AND CANCEL YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU. So u wait and wait then find out they just called that day to drop u. HMO does not need pre authorization. And 6-8 weeks to get for a crown! NOPE. THEY LIE and just wan... read more
