My car got stolen here while it was at my friend’s apartment. Management is not being helpful to my friends who lost a lot. It use to be nice? it’s going down hill fast..
This is the worst apartment complex in Bellevue. Cars are constantly getting broken into, and the entire property is filthy. There is no on-site property manager, making it nearly impossible to get any maintenance work done. I have work orders that have been pending for three months. Garbage and dog feces are everywhere, making the living environment unbearable.
