I called Mr. Kaman and spoke to him about my case. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional he was. He didn't know any specifics about my case and already putting me down and asking me how could I do something like that. Hey, everyone makes mistakes and that's why I need your help I said. My case was assigned to John Kaman, i never heard anything from him, when I did reach out to find out the status, he was rude & unprofessional, he assured me my case was taken care of, but in fact, he never did anything, I had to go thru and repeat the complete process all over again,
