in her Pasadena office--if I could give a zero I would, this doctor gave me expired medication and charged me for it, not only did she balance bill me after I paid her almost $400 she also sent me to collections after I paid her office! Horrible.
This was my first visit to Dr. Kay. Her staff was kind and helpful. She observations and suggested treatments were right on. Her prices seem fair and so far, I am happy with the results.
Very rude receptionist, she treats first time patients very unpolitely...interrogating them with a really aggressive and condescending tone, she ignores the patients questions and instead of answering them she goes like "I WAS ASKING HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE DOCTOR" ...so just know that the receptionist questions are more important than your questions.
It's a no for me - I felt pressured to get more than I came for and her prices are absolutely absurd- she has Beverly Hills prices her a Compton office and a Malibu attitude - there's other places to go She injected my numbing and I bled - she didn't even wipe my face I felt unwanted
