Medical transport scheduling is absolute nonsense. They fight you with everything. Have the nerve to tell you you're not that sick, other people have it worse. As if they know what goes on in your day to day life. Most disorganized and ridiculous care plan. I've been asking for a shower chair and diapers since the beginning. Still nothing. This place is a joke. Should be reported and shut down. LAWYER UP BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO TELL YOU THEY ARE NOT PAYING YOUR CARE AIDE SERVICES.
They don't even have a diabetic company to get supplies for myself and no one has any providers I am going to another house. They are terrible and they never get back to me they don't deserve a single star
You figure it out!! The nurses were very cold. I needed durable equipment I never got it it was like pulling teeth to just talked to the nurse I am happy with where I am now
