I cannot say enough good things about (Dr.) Hess. Coming from a previous provider who spent more time on the computer and rushed me through visits after hours of waiting, the difference here is night and day. This amazing lady is so patient and caring!! She takes her time and really listens. At times I feel like I'm talking to a best friend. I have had severe anxiety about taking meds and making changes, but with her I am doing my best. She has made me feel so comfortable with taking new meds and what's best for me to get better. I have never in all my life had a nurse practitioner that was so patient and kind!!! I'm so extremely grateful I found her!!!
