Very thorough, explains conditions & treatments in clear language, always takes adequate time to respond to questions, tracks conditions & progress over years of time, very personable with enjoyable sense of humor.

I loved my visit with Dr. Chad , he makes me so comfortable. He is so patient. Never makes me feel dumb. If I can’t make up my mind or that I don’t know what the different is, he lets me take my time. I always hated when I had to go to the eye doctor. Since coming Dr Chad I feel like I am talking to a friend. He takes the time to listen and explains things so I can always understand what he is saying to me about my eye condition. I would and have told so many people what a excellent Doctor he is.

Dr. Chad is so personable and kind. He’s very upbeat and is interested in knowing what’s going on with your eyes. He’s very friendly and he makes you feel at ease. He explains what’s going on and answers your questions. He’s funny and alive and full of knowledge. He was very good at explaining what cataracts are and how the surgery will work.
