Verbally abusive and difficult to work with. It's exhausting being talked down to, cut down, emotionally abused and blamed for things that have nothing to do with you day after day. This company is so unbelievably disorganized and then employees are berated for mistakes made by other people. Totally unreasonable expectations from all ends.
