We originally brought the kids here to get a frenectomy (lip & tongue tie) performed on my newborn. But we ended up bringing my two year old in for a checkup as well. My newborn: the actual procedure was only a few minutes but they allowed me to stay in the room as long as I needed to nurse and comfort him, which was SO nice. They provided me with thorough instructions for aftercare and Dr. Ari called me to check on not only my newborn, but myself. They were able to get my 8 yr old son in right away for an abscessed tooth when our local dentist wasn't able to get him in for several weeks. It was worth the drive for us. Very helpful staff. My son was so excited about the fun atmosphere, friendly staff, and animal balloons.
I always had a hard time with The dentist when I was younger, so it was important to me that my kids have a more positive experience. They were so nice and attentive to my son and he came out smiling and happy and more excited to brush his teeth! Plus he loved the play area while we waited.
This team is incredibly gentle and made my son feel so comfortable. They were amazing at explaining everything to him in a way he understood, which really reduced his anxiety. The office has a great, kid-friendly environment. We've had such positive experiences here; they truly make dental care enjoyable for kids!
We have been really happy here. The dentist is great with kids and communicated well with me as a parent. I was particularly impressed when my son got really scared and wouldn't allow them to fill a cavity. The dentist seemed so unfazed and provided us a few options and we were able to come back and get it done another day without incident. Just so classy in the way they handled it.
