the guy upstairs in the area with all the water pipes lost your business $200 in sales today because he was being so rude. We live an hour away and drove to Springfield specifically to come shop at your store. This would be probably the 6th time this year we have been but we will not be back due to him. Thank you very much.
Used to be a cool store with music and head supplies. Today I was told "You need to move on to the Phillips 66 down the road." I'm not sure if I wasn't young enough, pretty enough, or stupid enough to fit in with their current target demographic wanting porn and self-mutilation.
This was an amazing experience! Eddie was very respectful and gentle. My ear piercings are even and it was over before I even knew what happened!
