their customer service is awful and they don't do appointments. I stood at the counter to ask about a piercing and I had to get their attention. I'll be sticking with heyotta tattoo instead of them.
Amazing place!!!! Recently got a piercing here and the staff was very knowledgeable and so courteous while I shopped. Waited maybe 20 minutes to get my piercings (the shop was super busy the day I was in), and Eddie was the nicest guy ever. He made me feel comfortable and the room felt safe, clean, and put me at ease. He made the process painless and the aftercare instructions very easy to understand. I liked how easy it was to get a piercing. Eddie Zvolanek is such a sweet guy. He makes you feel at ease. I really like the atmosphere.

Owner is extremely arrogant and horrible to do business with. No if and or buts about it. I will never do business with them again.
