HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never be back. My daughter was rudely spoken down to by the employee at the front. She rolled her eyes at my daughter and everything she said was rude and said with a sharp tongue and a miserable attitude. She made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable! We left feeling shocked and angry. I should have walked out but my daughter was looking forward to ice cream I promised her after our hike. Such a disappointment for such a cute place. Good ice cream, lots of flavors
Horrible customer service acting like I am putting her out spending my money there and then when I say thank u doesnt even say a word because I didn't ad a tip when I signed my card. Sorry I didn't leave a whopping tip for a 6 dollar ice cream when u asked what I said I wanted 3 times and u werent even listening. Maybe try a different line of work like wal mart.
