Much better than Degraff. Loads quiker, the staff are a lot friendlier, and they don't pretend that there's no way to send them paperwork electronically.
Short wait time! They no longer close for lunch at 11am.
Opens at 630, got there 645. 2 people behind desk. 1 patient in room. Sat there for 30 minutes!!! The one person at desk was like, im hungry digging through her bag. She could have taken my insurance card, id, order. I worked in a lab over 15 years and would never make people wait, especially knowing they could be fasting, have health issues etc. I didn't even stay to get labs done. I would have been there over an hour for something that takes 1 minute to draw!!! The work ethic of people these days is disgusting. Sit and eat... read more
