This doctor seemed to have an issue with me for reasons I don’t know. I presented calm and collected and left her office in tears due to her belittling and berating behavior. I came in telling her I simply wanted to be assessed for ADD and was not looking for medication, and after that she flipped and got nasty, I’m not at all sure why, but it was so rude and unexpected. I was a patient for 10 years before closing her office. She has been sadly missed and after 3 years I am still trying to find a replacement

Does not care about the patient at all! Only cares about money and her own well-being. Turned me away from the psychiatric ward even though I have a plan and intent and timing. Pathetic. If I could give 0 stars I would! Also made up a stupid rule as to why she “can’t” help refer me to the only inpatient eating disorder place that takes my insurance! Causing me to get sicker and stuck in a psychiatric ward elsewhere for 3 weeks! The way to get into the program is to be referred there by a HOSPITAL! Also uses the most condesce... read more

I just moved to NY state and needed to find a new Psychiatrist for my bi polar medication management. I was nervous because finding a good psychiatrist you click with is difficult. Dr Rajendran was a very nice woman. I told her why I was there and she went through a detailed interview and check list and agreed with my diagnosis. As a busy physician she is amazing in the care and job she does for each and everyone of her patients. She takes the time to help you in your time of need. She doesn't rush you out of the office if you are in a bad state. She has expectations like any other doctor and I would recommend her to anyone with a true issue.

Dr Rajendran has half of Niagara Falls addicted to Xanax. She is the absolute worst psychiatrist I have ever met!!! The wait time to see her (because she triple books) is a minimum of 2 hours. She works her secretary to death. Jeanne is awesome!!!!! She mis-diagnoses her patients so she gets paid by whatever insurance you have. I’m going to picket on the sidewalk that states “free Xanax pill mill” in bold letters. She MUST be shut down!!!! She has no clue in regards to mental health issues!!!!!!

Dr and staff are inconsiderate to patients needs. Dr gave me another patients medical file. Everyone in this office are rude and dirty. They my Cancelled appointments 4 times. Told me my diagnoses are fake and I'm a pill seeker labeled me herself as bipolar. I have Tourette syndrome since I was 9 and a list of other problems. But to her I'm a pill seeker and will only get bipolar meds.
