The property owner will raise your rent at random in a ludicrous manner. The state of Hawaii does not have any protections against unreasonable raises in rent. My lease renewal increase was $438 a month due to a " better housing market after COVID-19". My neighbor was $275 increased for the classic (unrenovated) units. My final bill (hard to understand) was $167.00 after subtracting all the charges from the $500 deposit.
Ren was so helpful and let us know, what was wrong, He even fixed the closet door, it came off the track. He was very personnel and informative, really liked him.
