Dr. Sushma Kaki is not running a clinic, instead she is running a money making business! She charged incorrect bill for my kids stating it is for sick visit, but actually it was annual checkup. Requested multiple times to correct the bill, but she does not want to listen and apply her own rules for making more money. Save yourself some money and your kids health by staying away from this clinic. I DO NOT recommend.
This was a horrible experience. So we came inside and had to wait for 10 minutes for the doctor to come. Pretty normal. Then, they seated us down in the room. We then continued to wait for over one and a half hours. And the only reason the doctor came, was because I came outside of the room and asked the staff when the doctor will come. If I didn’t, I don’t think that the doctor would have come. Horrible staff. Horrible management.
Unprofessional for arriving 2hr late for an appointment. 8X charge , suggesting extra vaccines and charging 8times. Dr Google can give better consultation. Won’t recommend her for real issues.
the staff working here is unrespectful and unethical. please parents do not take your child to this commercial location. RACIST staff I am extremely disappointed with the service at this doctor's office. My child was sick, and I took them in hoping for proper care. Despite being willing to pay out of pocket for the visit, the staff refused to see my child due to past bills and paid the bill on the same day.
