Kajal and her team are very professional ,engaged and on point in resolving all issues when necessary . Kajal is very detail oriented and her priority has always been customer satisfaction which makes our life so much easier to trust her with our insurance needs . Keep up the good work .
Kajal does not know how to handle customers with respect. We were yelled at, disrespected and interrupted when talking about a claim. I would never recommend anyone to have to deal with such sensitive issues such as insurance claims with someone who is this rude. She asked me why I was making a "big deal" and why I texted her after 5 pm. This was in regards to a situation dealing with water coming into our home.
Amazing agent and person! She answered every question thoroughly and showed to be very knowledgeable. She cares about her customers and will help you with everything you need. She doesn't try to sell anything extra that you don't need. She will help you acquire everything to meet your needs. Definitely recommend her services!
