Flora was really helpful and kind.
The Staff was wonderful And very helpful. Made me feel very comfortable.
Office waiting room could be cleaner. Chairs need some TLC, maybe shampooed to get clean. Outside around the office contains trash and cigarette buds. Makes the office seem inpoverished, which is not the case. Everyone is nice and customer service is great. But first impression does not display how good the office really is.
Dr. Shroff and his colleagues are very experienced, kind, understanding and patient. Im so thankful for their help. it has changed my life.
I always have a wonderful experience at Rivertown Psychiatry. The staff and doctors are very polite and informative and always treat their patients with the utmost respect. Highly recommend!!!
