I have had a great experience here with Dr. Shroff, Dr. Becerra, and Flora. All of my questions are answered and my needs are fulfilled.
very highly recommend I am very satisfied with my first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the wait time was not long. My practitioner Ms. Flora Jones was very caring and truly listened.
Very nice office and staff...they are all pleasant towards my special needs child and i def recommend coming here....

Mrs. Jones, the nurse practitioner was amazing and very helpful, the young lady at the front desk...not so much. I didnt like the fact that i had to call out all my daughters information out loud in front of everyone. And she asked me repeatedly for her name and d.o.b. Overall, good experience just need another less invasive manner of getting patient info...maybe do away with the 2 inch glass and the small hole that speak into.
Rudest doctor I have ever been to. Did not listen tried to prescribe me what I had already stopped taken, then proceeded to tell me I was being sent somewhere because I was "stupid" asked me to stop talking several times and was overall rude as can be. Staff up front is wonderful and very helpful exp EBONY but doctors was not!
Dr. Shroff has been my chilren's doctor for 7 1/2 yrs. I love the fact that he takees the time to really listen to both the patient and the parent. He is very compassionate.
The staff was very nice, and professional. I had a great first time experince at Rivertown Psychiatry, and would highly recommend them to anyone!
