Was interested in getting meds to help with overwhelming anxiety, but was told I had to do online educational group first. Then another group, then another. Groups are online and you are dropped into the group, not at the beginning but at whatever week the group is on when there's room for you. Because I don't trust Kaiser's mental health services, I have no support in mental health services. It's too difficult to get there anyways as Walnut Creek has very busy roads. The psychologist that I was assigned to was no help at all. He's always insisting that I do a group therapy that I refuse to do as I want to have therapy alone.
The staff here are absolutely useless and lazy. Don’t return calls, can’t help to assist with anything, people who probably just look at the clock all day waiting for their shift to end. I’m specifically talking about the people who answer the phones and take calls.
