We went there yesterday and the experience was the best. The staff was friendly and calming and they solved our issue and left us feeling so grateful to them.
Kaiser staff DOES NOT CARE about the patients. They are unprofessional and disorganized. They waste a lot of time going back and forth with patients about things that the patient doesn't like. They allow people to block intake while they figure out if they feel like staying for the wait.
