Visit to internal medicine: This was the most friendly Kaiser visit I can imagine from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me promptly, the medical assistant brought me back quickly and was professional and kind, the Nurse Practitioner took time to get a relevant medical history and genuinely listened and answered my questions. They even had a little welcome sign for me on the whiteboard in the room. What great customer service! I come to Kaiser every Thursday to get fluid drained from my abdomen due to liver cirrhosis. The people in 109 are great! Denise, Molly, Jason, Andrew, Sandra, Chad, Bryan, Jesse, Rick and all the other nurses, techs and Dr.'s are all great! I used to dread these procedures but they make it as pleasant as it could possibly be. Couldn't ask for better people to care for me.
Parking is insane for appointments, Came earlier and seen that all the nurses and all the people who work here park right next to the building leaving no parking for visitors even seen a nurse that had a handicap sign take a handicapped spot in front of the building
