Dr Chang is excellent. My questions were answered. I got a lot of useful sdvice. Very productive meeting..
Dr. Carol Treinen reviewed my prescriptions, did a thorough physical exam, then questioned (in depth) the types and locations of my pain and when it was worse/least. Dr. then went over the results of my MRI, clearly explaining what each picture showed. We then had a discussion of available treatments before deciding on a action plan. I left the appointment feeling that I now fully understood my condition and what actions could be taken.
The staff at Kaiser Permanente Redwood City Medical Center provided exceptional care, making my experience seamless and comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. I’m grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend this facility!
