I stopped by during my lunch break around 11:15 AM to pick up a prescription and an over the counter medication. After waiting nearly 35 minutes with no update, I went to the counter to ask about the delay. I was then told my order had been canceled, but no one could explain why or who canceled it. Recently this location has been much better. I think it really was the strike that was coursing issues in the pharmacy. I have had all my refills on time now and I don’t have to ever go back and forth between what the pharmacy Tech says and what my Doctor says. My last couple visits the techs were very professional and pleasant. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes between starting a prescription then having it ready. ’ve had blood work done multiple times at the lab at Kaiser Permanente Zion Medical Center, and the experience is consistently excellent. The technicians are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They make the entire process smooth and quick, which is especially appreciated when you’re coming in for something that’s not exactly fun. Super atentos los doctores y las enfemeras y enfermeros
Their ER is a hit and miss, I guess it all depends on the Dr. is in charge of your care at the time you unfortunately get there. Hoping they get better, especially what they write in your record and discharge papers (which are for the most part inaccurate and dangerous). Whenever possible bring an advocate and don't let them send you home until you get better, it's not a drive-thru, push for better care please.
