I went to urgent care this morning after being in severe pain all afternoon, all last night and into the morning after being discharged from surgery the day before. Right off the bat, when the urgent care doctor walked in, her demeanor was very abrupt and I felt her annoyance that we were there. I explained to her what I had been taking for pain and how I had been icing and resting and that I was still in severe pain and asked what her recommendation would be. I have never had a bad experience here. From getting checked in to getting my medication from the pharmacy. Everyone here not only shows aloha they embody the essence of it. I can’t say enough about the nurses and doctors. When one leaves and we go through the process of a new doctor can be scary at times. But each time we have not had an issue. I want to thank each and everyone here for the care and dedication they provide myself, my family and this community.
