Waited 40 minutes even though I had an appointment. I was sitting outside the waiting room the whole time and was never called. I saw my name disappear from the appointment screen but was never called. When a nurse called another pt before me. I told the nurse I had not been called and my name was gone. Then another nurse(Nancy) said she sent me a message. The message said to sit outside and I was sitting there. When I told her this she responded by saying she got busy but never apologized.
