My psychiatrist was shady. He would write me a new prescription within minutes, but when I repeatedly asked for an official test/diagnosis, he said “those are just labels.” That’s his personal opinion. I should be able to know what condition(s) I have! He gave me 3 daily prescriptions and 2 take-as-needed prescriptions (all for mental health), but when I want to be tested, suddenly he sounds like there’s nothing wrong with me and I’m overreacting. Made me feel like a lab experiment.

I didn’t have a good experience with one of the representatives I spoke to today. The person who answered the phone sounded passive and unwelcoming from the start. It’s already hard enough to reach out for help when you’re struggling please don’t make it harder with a dismissive attitude.
