I couldn’t check in downstairs so I went upstairs. The receptionist wouldn’t check us in. And was very rude. So I called for a supervisor and no one answered. So then another lady came over and checked us in. Why are they up in the windows where people can see them and they can’t help anybody. It’s like six people at these windows and no one wanted to help. The best answer is go back downstairs and check back in. 71 years old, I don’t wanna walk back up and downstairs. She could’ve just help
