You can't even get timely appointments due to having too many patients for the facility. Doctors don't want to talk to the patients or include them in decisions about their care. There is no direct contact for the patients, it can take weeks to get an appointment with your oncologist, and it's difficult to coordinate your care. Totally unimpressed and frustrated with Kaiser Walnut Creek.
I was treated for cancer at Walnut Creek- great team with knowledgeable MDs and efficient caring RNs and LCSWs. They did a great job!
They botched a surgery and I can no longer walk.
