if i could label it as negative i would. This place is the worst hospital on the west coast, if you want to die? go to Kaiser
The nurse who took me in had a nasty attitude; i wish i had her name to report her. I tried to make friendly conversation while she put in my IV (asking why she's putting the IV in my forearm as to the regular spot they put IVs in) to see if she would lighten up but she gave back attitude nastily commenting back "bc its a vein". And on top of that handled me roughly and made it so the IV hurt extra than needed. I've been in and out of hospitals all my life and to be treated like this is unacceptable. Staff should stay silent... read more

Very poor communication, not a friendly environment, and the wait times are atrocious. Does not recommend coming to Kaiser unless it's life or death
