My coverage started one day ago and I already regret getting involved with Kaiser. I needed to get a Covid test URGENTLY to get back to work, and they said they would only cover the cost if it was at a Kaiser clinic. I got a referral from the physician they connected me with, and she booked an appointment for 1pm. I went in to the drive through (they don't let people in without a car, I don't have a car so my friend had to take the time to drive me) and they said they had no record of an appointment and they're not even open... read more
By far the worst wait time ever, not just due to COVID-19. Each time I’ve been here for a surgery we arrive as early as they tell us for prepping, wait at least 2 hours before being called in for prepping after our original appointment time. They schedule patient’s appointments during nurse’s lunch breaks so there’s no staff on duty.
