Why is it that I have to wait for 3 FREAKING MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TO RESTART MEDICATION? This is super ridiculous and you know it. Do better.
really bad how when I'm running out of medication, i have to wait 2 months to get an appointment to get a refill.
KAISER PERMANENTE is AWESOME and I have never been let down. The STAFF, NURSES, DOCTORS etc. are FABULOUS in every way. If I need something, it isn't a problem, no matter what. Everything is FAST, if you're Doctor or Nurse, etc. Says I need something, whatever it may be, there is no waiting period, it happens right away.
