Dr.Lockwood is a great physician, she is clear and professional. Thank you for always creating a comfortable experience.
Efficient operation. The usual high level of service Kaiser is known for, inclusive of office visits to personal care physician, vaccinations & pharmacy trips. No long waits or hiccups which is a plus. My personal physician (Von Herzen) works out of this branch of Kaiser, so it is a really big boost to know the facilities are clean & nicely appointed.
The staff is always prompt and professional. My only complaint is the website shows the lab opens at 7 am not 8 am.
